Shipping & Delivery
Every print is made to order and produced at the print partner closest to you. Australian orders are printed in Australia, US orders in the US, and so on. Shorter transit, less freight, and in most cases no border crossing.
Allow 2 to 4 business days for production, then roughly 2 to 5 business days in transit depending on where you are. Framed prints can take an extra day or two to produce. Carrier varies by region.
Because most orders are printed in the destination country, import duties usually don't apply. Where an order does ship across a border, any customs charges, duties or region-specific taxes are not included in the shipping cost and are the customer's responsibility.
Returns
Prints are made to order, so we can't accept returns for change of mind or for ordering the wrong size. Sizes are listed on every product page in both A-sizes and inches. Have a look before you order.
If your print arrives damaged, faulty or misprinted, or the wrong item turns up, email a photo to store@jakeforeman.com within 30 days of delivery and we'll send a replacement or refund you in full.
On colour: these are pigment giclée prints on 200gsm matte stock. Slight colour variation between print runs is normal and isn't a fault. Screens vary too, so what you see on your monitor won't be an exact match.
